I choose to submit both of my illustrations because it was difficult to choose which I wanted to go with.

  2. I think the second example provided is the better choice. The text is not needed but I like the take on 007.

  3. I like the 007 Monkey better than the first one. In the future, I would recommend that you avoid using Sandscript as a font. It's very common.

  4. Interesting look, they have a sort of paper cut out look that makes them look more interring than say a photo edit. i also like the overall simplicity of it all.

  7. I love the Ahab reference on top. It's very fitting. And the 007 monkey is hilarious.

  8. Both are very nice! If I was to choose I would say I favor the 007 image because I feel like overall composition is more effective. For the first image, If I were to make one suggestion it would be to use a different font in the speech bubble.

  15. The 007 reminds me in the part of the article where the monkey darts like a BEAST! He'll stare down the barrel of the gun and show no fear. Very interesting concept.
