EXCELLENT… sexy and really well done … i can say this because I have a very hard time rendering hands, the only thing it can be critical about is their hands on the right side look a little odd compared to how really really good the rest of the image looks …. I really like this image..
While I love the references used, I feel that they are really flat, only because you tried to add shadows and highlight, and it isn't coming off as making them 3D yet. I think given the complexity of the characters that you should have focused on any text or other elements that would have brought it all together.
I like that you posted the originals with your rebuttal. I think you did an amazing job on creating that photo in Illustrator. It looks amazing. I hope you post it when you are done making it sparkle.
Wow, well done on that anatomy, I agree that maybe a little more shading and darks would help push the roundness out for the figures. Overall looks really good! Looking forward to seeing it finished! I think the crown she has is insanely intricate very nice capturing that I bet that took forever!
Your style is so awesome and I love it! I think you definitely got the idea across with sexy vampires and I love how the characters stand out as well. It looks great.
