My first one I did a rebuttal of Angela's literacy cause. I decided to have a cartoon picture of Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber as my spokesboy for my honorable cause. I toyed with the idea of including the sheep van in the image, but ultimately decided against it. I used a similar color and design theme to one of Angela's pieces, to keep a somewhat consistent vibe. Somewhat consistent.
My next piece is a rebuttal of the Skate Dance project. I call it FacePlanting and I am oh so proud. Instead of pulling off awesome dance moves, my cause promotes the drunken idiot at every party that just passes out on to the floor hard when the dance music comes on. I tried to roughly emulate the design style of the original project, instead make it rougher to promote the vibe of massive face trauma I was trying to showcase.
My last poster is a rebuttal of my own cause, instead to promote non-flushing. I can see why people had a hard time with coming up with something that wasn't disgusting. Luckily my classmate showed me a South Park character called the Christmas Poo. So I decided he'd make a good pooster...I mean, poster, boy for my cause. I just basically copied the same design theme and style from my actual cause, right down to the bathroom tiles in the background. I wanted to make the Christmas Poo a sympathetic character. Did I succeed?
An interesting project. I think every class should do a rebuttal after every project. That makes for some wild humor.
The style for the first poster is amazing. Did you use Jim Carrey as a model from Dumb and Dumber?

Or horrific with the face planting(although I still cringe!). I like how they each have their own style. Each one is appropriate for the message they are getting across. Great job.
